Summer Camps 2024 - Policies

 

In-person guidelines:

This summer we will be resuming the in-person classes at our studio. The setup will be a little bit different than in the past.

 

To accommodate our students, and follow the state’s safe reopening guidelines, we will: 

• Set up working spaces outside and inside.

• Take temperature at check-in time every day.

• Sanitize all the working areas.

• Provide an air purifier inside the studio. 

 

We ask families to follow the guidance, and get ready for the classes: 

• Please, stay at home if you or your kids have had any close contact with someone sick, or show symptoms.

• Kids should bring their own snacks. Please, remember we’re a nut-free facility. Students will have 10 minutes of break for a snack, and 20 minutes for lunch. 

• Please provide the list of people authorized to drop off/ pick up your child. That person should bring an ID. If there is any change, it must be communicated by email only (no text message) to info@creatingartstudio.com. 

• The use of a face mask is mandatory: it should be a disposable or fabric mask, that covers the nose and mouth. 

• Drop-off is no earlier than 10 minutes before the class. Pick-up is at the end of the class, and up to 10 minutes after the end of classes. Please, consider punctuality since we have to get ready for the following class.  

 

All Camps Policies

Registration

You can reserve all the camps that you are interested in, with no registration fee and not charge at reservation time.

Student multi-class DISCOUNTS are available for IN-PERSON camps only: Pay one week at the regular price and receive 5% off on each of the other weeks a student is registered. 

Students attending Virtual classes have the advantage of paying per connection instead of per student.

Students can join a class at any time when a spot is available. A waiting list will be opened once a class is full, and future students will be notified by email as soon as a spot is available.

Note: You won't get charged for being on the Waiting List

 

Payments

The studio will automatically debit the tuition fee two weeks before the start of each camp.

If the student won't be able to attend, the paid amount will be held as a credit in the account until December 31st, 2021 to be used at our Studio by any family member.

 

Attendance

There is no refund offered for absences

Class Transfer

If a student wants to move to a different class or level this change must be communicated in writing to info@creatingartstudio.com with the Subject "Transfer Request". This transfer will be subject to class availability.

Photograph/ Video/Artwork

CREATING ART STUDIO LLC reserves the right to use and publish any photo or video taken during class and special events to promote and advertise the studio. This includes (but it is not limited) to artwork and images of students.  
Students waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.  
 

Students should notify CREATING ART STUDIO LLC in writing at info@creatingartstudio.com if they want to opt-out of this policy.
 
While students are allowed to share their experience at CREATING ART STUDIO LLC on social media, to respect the privacy of other families, they will refrain from posting images that contain photos of other students without their consent.
